Making your own all-natural room spray is so easy! Instead of buying a commercial version, save on money and waste by refilling your own glass bottle with water and essential oils. Switch up the scents for different healing properties. I like lavender and sage because they're calming and help me fall asleep. Clary sage is good for balancing hormones as well, and both lavender and sage have antibacterial properties. I've also tried lemon and sweet orange for a refreshing citrus blast, or single essential oils by themselves, like 30 drops of lavender or cedar.
- 2 oz glass spray bottle
- Lavender essential oil
- Clary sage essential oil
1. Add 15 drops of each of the oils into the spray bottle, for a total of 30 drops
2. Fill to the top with water, add lid, and shake
3. Spray in the air, on your pillow, on your towels, or wherever you like!
